Josh Tondee grew up in Southwest, Georgia and currently resides in Americus, GA with his wife and two children. Josh is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business management. Josh has been in banking and sales his entire life, with a focus on mortgage and real estate lending since 2017. He has a passion for real estate and all the unique opportunities it has to offer.

Lance Childers is a Cordele, Georgia native and currently resides in Sumter County with his wife and son. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and later earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Georgia Southwestern University.
